About Your Coach, Kelly…
Professional Career Coach, Kelly Harrington, brings an inspiring, compassionate, and fun approach to creating true connection in your life! She helps her clients to connect the dots between their values, passions, skills, and talents to create a truly successful, joyful, and abundant career. Her search for her own purpose-driven career has led her into the rewarding field of coaching and training. Her approach to working with individuals and groups is empowering and encouraging. Kelly wants her clients to take what they learn through coaching and classes so that they may apply them easily towards success in their own lives.
Kelly has over 15 years of experience coaching employees, managers, and executives within some of the country’s most successful corporations. Her upfront, honest, and casual approach during her extensive career in human resources and recruiting gained the trust and respect of successful colleagues within her industry.
She has trained and been on the stage with some of the master trainers in the world. Her own dedication to personal growth and continued learning has allowed her to learn and experience a variety of different teaching, coaching, and training methods. Kelly is someone who walks her talk!
