The Career Success Jump-start session is the first step in your road-map towards your goals and dreams.  During the session we will:

• Work together to identify your career and/or business goals
• Uncover hidden roadblocks and challenges that may be holding you back from achieving your dreams and goals
• Outline the first step of your career success road-map (you will leave the session with action items)
• Re-energize your enthusiasm and commitment to your career success!

Some specifics about the one-on-one career coaching and strategy process:

I am available any time between sessions for additional questions, consultation, or coaching. Sessions take place three times per month (usually the first three weeks of the month) and are 45 minutes each.

Sessions usually take place over the phone or online video (i.e. – skype).  Since sessions are via phone or online video,  clients can be from anywhere in the world.  If clients in the Los Angeles area would like in-person sessions, we can discuss that.

The client has action steps and fieldwork that they create (and/or agree to) in-between sessions to move forward on his or her career success.

Because career transformation and success is an ongoing process, I ask for a four-month minimum commitment (12 sessions) in order to see significant and lasting change. Many coaching clients are long term, ongoing clients.
